The result balances professionalism with comfort, creating a workplace that feels considered, personal and grounded in the intent behind Stellan’s offering.

Jemena engaged Spaceful to establish a secure, high-performance workplace, addressing the limitations of a fragmented, underutilised former office. Located on the upper commercial floors of Liberty Place, the workplace accommodates a bespoke control centre, panoramic city views, and a vibrant breakout zone designed to enhance wellbeing, collaboration and critical infrastructure operations.

Following successful projects in Perth, Canberra and North Ryde, Spaceful was engaged to deliver Ricoh’s fourth Australian office fit-out at Eastern Creek. The project was developed in parallel with Ricoh’s transition into a new, automated facility and was guided by Green Star principles. Spaceful defined space requirements and integrated the office fit-out within the broader development, delivering a more efficient, connected and future-ready environment.

Following rapid growth and a recent brand refresh, Knightcorp required a new headquarters to reflect its dynamic identity and push the boundaries of great workplace design. Spaceful delivered a vibrant, flexible office fit-out with immersive brand moments designed to delight, including a bespoke secret bar, an interactive ‘win’ button and a hopscotch court.

Following the success of its Canberra project, Engineers Australia partnered with Spaceful to design and deliver a new Melbourne workplace that would act as a modern, efficient and brand-aligned hub. The new design enhances collaboration, strengthens member engagement and supports large-scale events while celebrating the engineering profession.

Iress engaged Spaceful to transform its underutilised Sydney office into a vibrant, future-proof hub. Reducing the footprint from 5,900sqm to 3,450sqm, Spaceful guided Iress through an early exit from a three-year residual lease, unlocking significant cost savings. Delivered ahead of schedule and under budget in 19 weeks, the new workplace acts as a dynamic destination for talent attraction and ongoing growth.

Engineers Australia partnered with Spaceful to transform its longstanding Canberra headquarters into a modern member-focused office fit-out that celebrates the engineering profession and supports future growth. The project enhances organisational culture, optimises space utilisation and brings the story of engineering to life, showcasing the power of local expertise, sustainable design and a shared vision for the future.

Herbs of Gold’s new Mascot headquarters marks a bold shift for the company, moving from a dated, disconnected warehouse to a bright, purposeful and wellness-focused office design. With Spaceful supporting the journey from property search through to delivery, the new office reinforces brand credibility, supports future growth and strengthens talent attraction, while promoting employee health and wellbeing.

Building on the success of its Sydney office design, CyberArk partnered with Spaceful once more to design and deliver its new Melbourne workspace. Having previously occupied a speculative fit-out that lacked brand alignment and functional needs, CyberArk sought a workplace that could drive future growth, reflect its mission and create a more compelling experience for staff and clients.

Capital Health Network (CHN) partnered with Spaceful to find, design and deliver a future-ready workplace in Canberra that reflects its values and supports its growth. The new 720sqm single-floor space enhances collaboration, flexibility and sustainability, and reinforces CHN’s commitment to its people and to peak health outcomes.

Ricoh first engaged Spaceful to create a technology-enabled Perth workplace that would bring its brand, people and client experience together. Following its success, Ricoh trusted Spaceful to deliver two further workplaces in North Ryde and Canberra, adapting the same hospitality-led strategy into flexible, future-ready environments that support hybrid work, collaboration and national consistency. In 2025, Ricoh engaged Spaceful once more to design and deliver its Eastern Creek workplace in Sydney, marking the next stage of the partnership.

To support a growing team and showcase the future of workplace design, Spaceful relocated its Sydney headquarters to 32 York Street in the heart of the CBD. Guided by its own data-driven workplace strategy, the new studio empowers people to do their best work while acting as a living example of Spaceful’s brand, values, and methodology.

Pacific National partnered with Spaceful to create a new headquarters that would bring its people, culture, and purpose together. Transitioning from a traditional four-floor layout to a more agile two-level model, the new 3,500sqm commercial office fit-out in Sydney embodies Pacific National’s values and celebrates its rich rail heritage, energising teams to connect, collaborate and grow together.

Facing rapid growth, reactive workplace planning and an underperforming office, Lockton engaged Spaceful to secure, design and deliver a new 2,200sqm Pacific region headquarters in Sydney. Spaceful identified a prime property, negotiated an exit from a costly lease and delivered a workplace designed to support long-term business needs. The result is a vibrant, high-performing hub that encourages office attendance, supports an intergenerational workforce and significantly elevates the client experience in Sydney.

Korn Ferry partnered with Spaceful to deliver a premium office fit-out in Sydney, transforming its underutilised 1,925sqm headquarters into a 1,170sqm destination workplace. Facing low attendance, poor acoustics and an outdated client experience, the firm required a hybrid workplace design that reflected its premium brand. By consolidating two levels into one, the result is a calm, professional environment that enhances privacy and drives employee engagement.

The Australian Pharmacy Council (APC) engaged Spaceful to deliver a new office fit-out in Canberra in response to rapid growth and the shift to hybrid work. The new office design enhances capacity, strengthens culture, and supports APC’s commitment to staff well-being, creating a strategic hub for collaboration and talent attraction.

Bartier Perry engaged Spaceful to create a new 3,000sqm Sydney office fit-out that reflects its progressive identity and people-first culture. Moving from a traditional, closed layout, the firm wanted to improve connection, support hybrid work and modernise its image, all while achieving long-term lease savings. The result is a vibrant, high-performance legal office design that enhances collaboration and wellbeing, and elevates the client experience.

Law Council of Australia partnered with Spaceful to consolidate two separate buildings into a single, welcoming workplace. The goal was to create an environment where staff enjoy working, enhancing collaboration, connection, and engagement. The new 920sqm design supports hybrid working, strengthens culture, and delivers a calm professional, space to attract and retain top talent.

To overcome overcrowding and a critical brand disconnect, Spaceful created a 600sqm industrial-inspired destination in Canberra. The design integrates the firm’s rich engineering heritage, most notably the Snowy Hydro Scheme, to deliver a high-calibre, flexible environment that attracts top talent and reflects SMEC’s pioneering spirit.

QinetiQ partnered with Spaceful to deliver a secure, high-performing 1,000sqm Canberra workplace purpose-built for secret-rated defence research. Designed to meet Zone 4 classified standards, the office balances stringent security requirements with natural light, agile neighbourhoods and a flexible environment that supports collaboration, productivity and wellbeing. The result strengthens QinetiQ’s position as a trusted leader in Australia’s defence ecosystem.

Nova Systems engaged Spaceful to design and deliver a modern 1,500sqm national headquarters in inner-city Adelaide. The new, centrally located workspace supports rapid growth while honouring the company’s 20-year history in aviation and aerospace, drawing on flight inspired concepts, materials and colours to reflect Nova Systems’ brand and culture.

Temple & Webster partnered with Spaceful to consolidate five separate offices into a single, 5,500sqm national headquarters designed to unite teams, strengthen culture and support rapid growth. Guided by a people-first workplace strategy, the new workplace attracts staff back into the office, enhances creativity and collaboration and positions Temple & Webster as an employer of choice.

CyberArk engaged Spaceful to create a distinctive national headquarters in Sydney that would reflect its identity-security leadership and support rapid global growth. Transitioning from a compact serviced office into an agile, future-focused workspace, the new office fit-out is centred around trust, transparency and connection, aligning with the CyberArk brand.

The brief involved downsizing to a more efficient 750sqm footprint while still accommodating future growth and a range of work styles.
