Spaceful’s Jemena and Vantive workplace projects have each received Silver at the 2026 BETTER FUTURE Sydney Design Awards, recognising two workplaces shaped around distinct business, operational and employee needs.

Spaceful has ranked fifth in Australia’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 for organisations with 30 to 99 employees, marking its fourth consecutive year in the national Top 10. The recognition is based on confidential employee feedback, with 98% of employees saying Spaceful is a great place to work. 

Spaceful’s Engineers Australia Melbourne project has been recognised at the 2026 BETTER FUTURE Melbourne Design Awards, celebrating a workplace designed to support people, members and industry in a more connected Melbourne hub.

Spaceful has been recognised with bronze in the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Awards 2026 in the Property, Construction and Transport category, reflecting its focus on creating workplaces where people feel supported, trusted and able to do their best work. It also comes at a time when organisations across Australia are continuing to rethink the role of the office, and what people need from the workplace now.

Spaceful has been recognised as a Great Place to Work™ for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

Spaceful has been recognised as an Employer of Choice for the second year in a row at the Australian Business Awards 2025, an acknowledgement that reflects our commitment to cultivating a workplace where people genuinely thrive. 

Two Spaceful projects win Silver at the BETTER FUTURE Sydney Design Awards 2025, recognising excellence in interior design. Awards were given for Pacific National’s headquarters and Spaceful’s own national headquarters, highlighting our innovative approach to workplace design.

Spaceful’s project, Temple & Webster headquarters project won Gold at the Sydney Design Awards 2023, recognising its adaptive reuse of a historic railway shed and the creation of a unified, future-ready workspace for Temple & Webster’s growing team.
