For the fourth consecutive year, Spaceful has been recognised by Great Place To Work® as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces™, ranking fifth nationally for organisations with 30 to 99 employees.
The 2026 list was determined using confidential feedback from 128,405 employees across Australia, measuring areas including trust, fairness, recognition and leadership. Only 100 organisations across all categories made the final list.
A consistent employee experience
Spaceful’s latest Great Place To Work® results show that 98% of employees say Spaceful is a great place to work, compared with 60% at a typical Australian company.
The survey also found that 100% of employees agree that Spaceful is a physically safe place to work, that people are treated fairly regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation, and that new employees are made to feel welcome.
The results reflect feedback provided directly and confidentially by employees, giving an independent view of the day-to-day experience of working at Spaceful.
