Korn Ferry partnered with Spaceful to deliver a premium office fit-out in Sydney, transforming its underutilised 1,925sqm headquarters into a 1,170sqm destination workplace. Facing low attendance, poor acoustics and an outdated client experience, the firm required a hybrid workplace design that reflected its premium brand. By consolidating two levels into one, the result is a calm, professional environment that enhances privacy and drives employee engagement.

To support a growing team and showcase the future of workplace design, Spaceful relocated its Sydney headquarters to 32 York Street in the heart of the CBD. Guided by its own data-driven workplace strategy, the new studio empowers people to do their best work while acting as a living example of Spaceful’s brand, values, and methodology.

Stellan set out to create a workplace environment that reflected its values of enduring collaboration, transparency, and high-touch personal service. Spaceful was engaged to design and deliver a new Adelaide workspace that could support the firm’s next phase of growth while bringing its rebrand into the physical environment. The result balances professionalism with comfort, creating a workplace that feels considered, personal and grounded in the intent behind Stellan’s offering.
