Korn Ferry partnered with Spaceful to deliver a premium office fit-out in Sydney, consolidating its underutilised 1,925sqm two-floor headquarters into a 1,170sqm destination workplace. Facing low attendance, poor acoustics and an outdated client experience, the firm required a hybrid workplace design that reflected its premium brand. By consolidating two levels into one, the result is a calm, professional environment that enhances privacy and drives employee engagement.
