The Promoter is Spaceful Pty Ltd (ABN 84 636 382 324) of Level 11/32 York St, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Promotional period
The promotion commences at 7:00am AEST on 28 April 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 28 April 2026 (Promotional Period). Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.
How to enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:
Complete the Spaceful Workplace Survey in full by answering the questions, ‘Tell us the most disruptive thing about your office’ and ‘Are you considering an office move?’; and
Provide their full name, company name, valid email address and phone number.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person (including via multiple email addresses) may be disqualified.
Responses must be genuine and complete to be eligible.
Survey responses submitted anonymously are welcome but will not be eligible for the prize draw.

If the prize is unavailable for any reason, including due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a prize of equal or greater value.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Draw details
The draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on 29 April 2026 at the Promoter’s office via a computerised random selection system at Level 11/32 York St, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and must, within fourteen (14) days of notification, respond and provide any requested information required to claim the prize.
The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and residency.
Unclaimed prize
If the prize is not claimed within fourteen (14) business days of notification, a redraw will take place at 11:00am AEST on 22 May 2026 at the same location and using the same method as the original draw. The redraw winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days. This process will continue until a winner successfully claims the prize.
Spaceful will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we hold about you is kept confidential and secure, including by:
Verification and disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility;
Disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Technical issues
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, including due to technical disruptions, network congestion or system errors.
Liability and exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
Any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion;
Any variation in prize value;
Cancellation, delay or changes to the promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering this promotion, conducting the prize draw, contacting entrants in relation to the promotion, and delivering the prize. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for these purposes.
The winner also consents to the Promoter using their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. The winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s marketing channels, including its website and social media, within a reasonable time after the prize has been claimed.
Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use de-identified survey responses for research, marketing and promotional purposes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at [Spaceful.com.au].
Entrants may contact the Promoter to request access to, or correction of, their personal information.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters arising under these terms and conditions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian State and Territory trade promotion laws.
