Spaceful presents the CoreNet Global Australia Chapter Young Leader award at the 2025 CoreNet REawards for the third consecutive year.
CoreNet Global Australia Chapter, a premier association for corporate real estate professionals in Australia, hosted its annual REawards to recognise the outstanding achievements of individuals and companies driving innovation and positive change in the industry.
The CoreNet Global Australia Chapter Young Leader award recognises a young leader member under the age of 35 who shows dedication and enthusiasm for their work, exemplifies excellence, and is considered ‘one to watch’ in the field of corporate real estate.
Congratulations to Jordan Cui, the winner of this year’s CoreNet Global Australia Chapter Young Leader award!
Spaceful’s dedication to nurturing young talent is embodied by Spaceful Global Workplace Strategy Director, Tica Masuku, a former recipient of the Young Leader of the year Australia and Global award.
“Supporting the next generation of leaders is incredibly important, especially in a time where loneliness is on the rise and real connection is needed more than ever. Celebrating the success of rising stars reminds them they’re not alone and hopefully inspires them to keep reaching higher, dreaming bigger, and leading with purpose.” – Tica Masuku.
Presenting this year’s award was Spaceful Design Director, Michael Spingolio, who highlighted the importance of supporting emerging talent in shaping the future of the workplace.
“New ideas are born from new perspectives, and awards like the CoreNet Global Australia Chapter Young Leader award gives oxygen to this kind of innovative thinking and risk-taking, so that it can grow in ways well beyond what we could ever anticipate.” – Michael Spingolio.
Congratulations to all the award recipients for their outstanding achievements. Spaceful would also like to extend our gratitude to CoreNet Global Australia for organising another successful event that celebrates the exceptional achievements of young professionals within the industry.
