Spaceful project, Temple & Webster, wins gold at the Sydney Design Awards 2023.
The Temple & Webster national headquarters in Gadigal Country, Sydney has taken out Gold in the Commercial Interior Design Category at Better Future Awards – Sydney Design Awards. Spaceful is thrilled to have delivered this unique, campus-style workspace for our friends at Temple & Webster.
On this project, Spaceful provided expert guidance on Strategy, Property, Design and Delivery to ensure maximum return on investment for Temple & Webster now and into the future. Having previously occupied five separate locations, our mission for the new workspace was to create a central hub that could support their ever-growing team well into the future.
Set inside a former railway shed, it was important that the design respected the history of the space. With this in mind, we embraced the building’s historic architecture, leaving existing cranes and gantries untouched to serve as a striking design feature.
The new headquarters cements T&W’s position as a top Australian employer and employer of choice, by giving them a physical space that supports their existing team culture and keen sense of community.
