On 5 June 2025, Spaceful hosted the 2025 Spaceful Workplace Summit at Sydney’s Art Gallery of NSW. This annual event brings thought leaders together to discuss and share insights and ideas on the evolving landscape of work.

Showcasing innovation and sparking conversation on the future workplace

Guests explored the Experience Centre, where innovative workplace solutions were on display from future-focused companies including Scent Central, FlavourIQ, DEFY, Pro AV Solutions, CMS Electracom, and BOLON (The Andrews Group). Multi-award-winning speaker, bestselling author and change strategist, Michael McQueen, returned with fresh insights on major workplace disruptions, emerging tech trends, and practical strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Guests also enjoyed a panel discussion and Q&A session with some of Australia’s most forward-thinking workplace experts; Chris Low, Head of Vibe at Canva, Rebecca Harrison, Deputy COO at Iress, Dr Paul Luciani, Director Real Estate APAC at Ernst & Young, and Tica Masuku, Workplace Strategy Director at Spaceful.

The panellists discussed the following topics:

The purpose and value of the office – how the role of the office has evolved and what its purpose is today.
Workplace flexibility and structure – finding the right balance between autonomy and alignment.
Future-proofing the workplace – how are we planning and investing for long-term work evolution?
